The house featured here was no longer desired by the owner and was offered to the Town of Turtle for practice purposes. The pictures seen here are just of the end of the training where the house is finally burned to the ground. Before that many other procedures where gone over.

Some types of procedures that were worked on include; Search and Rescue, (R)apid (I)ntervention (T)eam, Ventalation, and scene size up. Donations such as this barn are a valuable learning tool and are greatly appreciated.

Our department participates in many practice events such as this one with neighboring departments such as, City of Beloit, Town of Beloit, Town of Clinton, and the Town of Sharon just to name a few.

The department also accepts vehicle donations for our extrication team. They use these vehicles to hone their skills and to make sure that everyone at an accident scene is protected in the safest manor available.
